Old Default UI as requested

Hi all

I spoke with Deillusional last night and he advised me that a few people in SoD used it and asked for a copy when it was sorted so the guild could use it.

I forgot to mention that the buff window on this version is massive if you dont like this copy EQUI_BuffWindow into that file you have downloaded and it will still have the same icons but be a lot smaller.
