I think so, I will list some examples when I get the chance. It's the only thing that made some sense. Basically trade skill Augs have weird things in them and the fields don't align unless there's a fixed length determining an amount of 4 bytes to miss.

The item parket has lot more bytes than before, so hence I assuming its a variable field, which gives the a 4 byte value for a data length and then its a group of integers for some type of mask. if I assumed anything else we get a weird placement of fields in freestorage , collectibles etc. If you have any ideas on the correct parsing let me know.
